Our Services
Evaluation
A 60 minute comprehensive assessment to understand your health, function and goals. We will:
Review your medical history and current concerns.
Evaluate strength, movement and overall function as well as gather baseline information.
Create and discuss your personal treatment plan
Provide education and personalized home exercise program
Treatment (follow up)
A 45 to 60 minute sessions that focuses on hands-on skilled therapy and individualized intervention based on your initial evaluation designed to improve mobility and overall well being
Your clinician may adjust your treatment plan based on your progress
(For patient with lymphedema: Lymphedema care/Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) may include compression therapy, manual lymph drainage (MLD), lymphedema-specific exercises and education) -compression supplies are not provided or sold by this practice. Your clinician will recommend appropriate compression products based on your needs. Patients are responsible for purchasing their own compression garments/supplies independently from a recommended vendor or their preferred supplier.
Wellness Lymphatic Management
A 50-60 minute wellness session focused on gentle, therapeutic Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to support lymphatic flow and promote relaxation and overall wellness.
Wellness & Maintenance Sessions
A 30 to 45 minute session designed to help you, maintain mobility, flexibility, and overall physical well-being.
This is intended for individuals who have completed skilled physical therapy or who are seeking general wellness support - not for the treatment of a medical condition or injury
Who We Treat
Individuals with lymphedema or chronic swelling, providing manual lymph drainage, lymphedema-specific exercises and education compression and self-management.
Clients with orthopedic injuries & conditions (neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee or joint pain)
Patients recovering after surgery (orthopedic, oncologic, or general surgery)
Cancer patients, either undergoing or finished with treatment, focusing on safe movement, fatigue management and gentle exercise
Adults with balance and gait difficulties to reduce fall risk and improve stability
Individuals experiencing mobility limitations who wish to stay active and independent at home
Clients who wish to continue wellness or maintenance sessions after skilled therapy
All services are provided on self-pay basis and are not billed to insurance. A physical referral is still required for skilled physical therapy services but not for wellness sessions.
PLEASE NOTE:
Compression garments or supplies are not provided by this practice, but appropriate recommendation and guidance will be offered.
Services are intended for rehabilitation and wellness and are not emergency or acute medical care.
